Myself Chalumuri Nookaraju, I’m from a small town Kothavalasa about 50 km from Visakhapatnam from a middle class agriculture background. I studied Engineering from VITAM college of Engineering, Visakhapatnam in the stream of EEE. After my Graduation I wanted to pursue higher studies (MBA). Due to financial troubles in our family, I wanted to start working for a short period of time as I didn’t want to depend on my parents.

I started looking for jobs everywhere and attended many interviews but wasn’t successful and I was very frustrated.

When I received an email from Migrate Marketing Solutions, I was attracted to a quote in that mail, “We Create Entrepreneurs”. Immediately I called on the number and went for an interview in July 2018.

They explained to me the roles and responsibilities; I told the HR that I don’t have any sales and marketing experience as I was a fresher. She said that it is not mandatory to have an experience for this role as they would train and coach me not just in sales but in communication, public speaking, leadership and a whole lot of skills to help me progress in my career.

So, I took a decision to do a job not just for money or position but for a chance to learn about business in a practical MBA format and to develop my skills. Honestly I just wanted to give it a try as I didn’t have any previous experience in Sales or in Management.

Initially I struggled a lot but I gradually improved my skills with the training provided in the office. One of my strengths is staying positive in all situations. This quality has helped me build a strong team.

I successfully founded my own independent associate office Entrepreneurs Solutions Corp in 2021.
